JOB OFFER - Administrative Assistant

EUA is looking for an Administrative Assistant (full-time)

Role
• Support EUA's Higher Education Unit in office management, organisational and other support tasks

Principal responsibilities
• Assisting/ backstopping 4-6 staff members in managing day-to-day activities, such as
correspondence, filing, appointments, preparation of dossiers through collection of materials
• Assisting in the organisation of meetings, seminars and conferences
• Managing databases
• General administrative support of ongoing projects

Background and qualifications
• At least two years experience in administrative work
• Preferably academic experience (Bachelor degree or equivalent)
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written), preferably native speaker, good knowledge of
French, any other European language an asset
• Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with an interest in learning how to use new tools
• Strong organisational skills and efficient worker
• Good communication skills
• Dynamic and conscientious with a good sense of team work
• Able to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Interest in European higher education
