FAIB ... be international - in Belgium !

The eighth edition of the Practical Guide for the use of International Associations established in Belgium has two special features:

• This is an electronic version, with all the flexibility which this form confers. We shall be able to include amendments and additions as they appear, while maintaining the paragraph numbering as it is now applied. (Following this preface you will find 'practical details'.)
• We have produced this version only in English, which allows all our members to use it.

Please note that in the present edition you will find different chapters numbering. (for ex. 8.1 , 8.2, and 7.1.1, 7.1.2 etc).In other words the chapters that have been updated start with n° 8 and the other – still to be updated- start with n° 7.

The FAIB is pleased and proud to offer you this new Practical Guide, and at the same time we should like to express our special gratitude to the associate members of our Federation who have prepared the texts which constitute this Guide: Mrs Sylvie Bottieau, Me Olivier Debray, Me Antoine Druetz, Mr. Luc Legon and Me Dirk Lontings.
