Intended for those who plan to found an international organisation in Belgium as well as those who have the responsibility of running such an organisation, the Practical Guide illustrates the advantages enjoyed by international associations in Belgium and also the obligations that they must meet.
This edition will help them to choose the most appropriate form of legal entity for their organisation, inform them of the tax formalities which they must fulfil, assist them with the recruitment of staff, either Belgian or of other nationalities. It directs them to the bodies that should be able to help them, and helps them with their approach to the relevant authorities.
